OLYMPUS ODMS Dictation Module Software
ODMS Dictation Module (DM) is supplied with Recording devices (it can be purchased separate) so that dictation authors can easily download and manage their dictations. The Dictation Module also supports Direct Recording using an Olympus USB Microphone such as the RecMic. Dictations can also be directly recorded hands-free using the 4 button footswitch(RS31). The Dictation Module can be configured to be completely automated, once the device is connected to the PC files will be downloaded automatically where upon they can be transferred via the Local Area Network (LAN), E-mail, FTP or transcribed automatically using the built-in voice recognition features.
OLYMPUS ODMS Transcription Module Software
ODMS Transcription Module is supplied with the AS-7000 (it can be purchased separate) to enable transcriptionist to play files hands free using the RS31 USB Footswitch. The ODMS Transcription Module can speed up the transcription process by automatically opening a Word processor or document template when transcription is started. Documents can also be transcribed or proof-read using the Voice Recognition features, thus minimizing the transcriptionist workload and increasing productivity. The ODMS Transcription module allows the transcriptionist to configure their transcription settings including playback control, user interface, and foot control functions so transcribing is always easy and accessible.

The ODMS Administrator Tool (A.K.A AS-56) is designed for medium & large organizations and contains all of the tools required to install, customize, and manage an ODMS environment in Workgroup mode without any ongoing costs.
